SIMILAN - Diving 1 day (2 dives)
05.30 – 06.30 am Pick up from hotel.
08.30 am. Arrive at Taplamu pier (tea,coffee served)
08.45 am. Depart from Taplamu pier to Similan islands by speed boat.
10.10 am. Arrive in Similan islands (divemaster will pick you up from speed boat to Similan).
10.45 am. First dive (1).
12.00 am. Lunch served on board.
13.15 pm. Second dive (2).
15.00 pm. Return by speed boat and depart from Similan islands.
16.30 pm. Arrive at Taplamu pier.
19.30 pm. Arrive at hotel.
Dive Site Descriptions
October to May is the high season in the Similan Islands and is the period during which the liveaboards operate, although there are a small number of cruises throughout the year. The most constant weather patterns, and therefore the most stable conditions, tend to be between November and April.
The Similan Islands, located about 90 kilometers northwest of Phuket, are composed of 9 granite islands surrounded by a clear tropical ocean and blessed with some of the world’s finest beaches.
Good for: Small animals, underwater photography, snorkelling, visibility, dive value-for-money and advanced divers
Not so good for: Non-diving activities
